Your finances,
clearly.
Prosperae turns scattered transactions into a picture you can actually read — balances, bills, budgets, cards and debts in one place. No bank login. No account. Your financial data never leaves your phone.
Answers, not just a longer list of transactions.
Most trackers tell you that you spent. Prosperae is built to answer the questions you actually ask yourself.
“Where did my money actually go?”
Sankey flow diagramsWatch income split across accounts and into categories in one continuous flow — then drill into any branch that looks wrong.
“When do I overspend?”
Spending heatmapsAn intensity grid over days and weeks. Payday Fridays and end-of-month spikes stop being a feeling and become a pattern.
“What is this credit card really costing me?”
Statement cycles & utilisationLimits, closing dates, due dates and utilisation — with chained statement history so running balances stay right across cycles.
“When will this loan finally be gone?”
Amortised payoff projectionsLog loans and mortgages, split each payment into principal and interest, and test what one extra payment a year would do.
Track today. Plan ahead. Understand the trend.
A spreadsheet's control. A dashboard's clarity.
Everything below is in the app today — no roadmap items, no asterisks.
A real charting engine
Bar, line with trendlines, donut, stacked bar, waterfall, Sankey with drill-down, sunburst, treemap, radar, gauge, heatmap and scatter — with shared zoom, crosshair and series toggles.
A dashboard you arrange
Around 14 widgets — net worth trend, income vs. expenses, spending heatmap, budget status, upcoming bills, debts and more. Show, hide and drag them into the order you actually read.
Credit cards done properly
Limits, closing dates, due dates and utilisation — not just a balance. Chained statement history keeps running balances accurate across cycles; record statement payments, generate each new month, and let the First Statement Wizard bootstrap your history.
Recurrence that bends
Daily to yearly, custom intervals like “every 3 weeks”, multi-day weekly patterns, “last Friday of the month”, leap-day-safe yearly rules, and end conditions — with catch-up for occurrences you missed.
Debts & loans
Loans, mortgages and auto loans with amortised payoff projections and an extra-payment what-if. Split each payment into principal and interest, paid from an account or card, across currencies.
Capture without typing
Photograph a receipt for on-device OCR (with blur and lighting checks), or just say the transaction out loud. Attach receipts and documents to any transaction.
Import a whole statement
CSV, Excel, PDF, a photo or a multi-page scan — mapped, de-duplicated and shown to you as a reviewable batch before anything is saved. Bulk-assign categories, then undo the entire import from history if you change your mind.
Search that spans everything
One query across transactions, bills, budgets, categories, accounts and credit cards — not six separate search boxes buried in six separate screens.
Installments & splits
Buy something in six payments and log it once — Prosperae creates the dated parts for you. Split a single receipt across categories with parent-child transactions, and keep transfers out of your income and expense totals entirely.
Bills that chase you
Recurring bills with due-soon and overdue states, plus notifications for upcoming bills and for credit card statement-closing and due dates — each with its own lead time.
Ten home screen widgets
Balance, Cash Flow, Financial Pulse, Budget Goal, Credit Cards, Today's Spending, Bills, Upcoming Bills, Calendar and Quick Actions — in small, medium and large sizes on iOS, and configurable per instance on Android.
Locked down
PIN and biometric app lock with configurable auto-lock, lockout after failed attempts, recovery codes and a screenshot-block toggle. AES-encrypted backups you can export and restore.
Four themes, all first-class.
Not a dark mode bolted onto a light app — each theme is a full palette, chart colours and all.
There is nothing to breach, because your records never leave your phone.
Prosperae has no financial data on a server and no account to create. That's not a setting you switch on — it's how the app is built. The trade-off is honest: you enter your own data, and in return nobody else ever holds it.
- No bank credentials, ever. No Plaid, no Yodlee, no read-only tokens sitting on someone's server.
- A local database. Your transactions live in on-device storage, not in a cloud account tied to your email.
- Scanning happens on the device. Receipt OCR and statement parsing run locally — the image is never uploaded for processing.
- Backups you control. AES-encrypted exports with schema-version checks, restored when and where you choose.
- Locked to you. PIN or biometric app lock, auto-lock timing, recovery codes, screenshot blocking, analytics opt-out.
Free is genuinely usable. Premium is for scale.

The honest answers.
Does Prosperae connect to my bank?
No — and that's deliberate. There is no Plaid, Yodlee or any other aggregator. You add transactions yourself, or let the app do the typing: scan a receipt, speak the entry, or import a CSV, Excel file or scanned/PDF statement. The trade-off is a little more input in exchange for never handing your bank credentials to anyone.
Where is my data stored?
Your financial records live in a local database on your device. There's no account to sync them to, so the app works fully offline. If you want a copy, export an AES-encrypted backup and keep it wherever you like — that transfer is entirely under your control.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There's no signup screen, no email and no password — open the app and start. Your subscription status is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, the same as any other app.
Which platforms is it on?
Both. Prosperae is on the App Store for iPhone and iPad, and on Google Play for Android — the same feature set on each, including home screen widgets and on-device receipt scanning.
What languages does it support?
Seven, each fully localised: English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian and Dutch. That means number, date and currency formatting follow the language too — even the voice-entry parser and chart labels — not just translated buttons.
Does it handle more than one currency?
Yes, properly. Accounts and cards can each hold their own currency, balances normalise to your base currency, and historical transactions stay locked to the exchange rate in effect on the day they happened — so last year's reports don't quietly change when rates move. Premium adds automatic daily rate updates; Free lets you enter rates manually.
What happens to my data if I stop paying for Premium?
Nothing is deleted. The app walks you through choosing which accounts, budgets, bills and debts stay active within the free limits, and the rest are archived rather than destroyed — they come back if you resubscribe.
Are the advanced charts a paid feature?
No. Every visualisation — Sankey, heatmap, treemap, sunburst, waterfall, gauge, radar and the rest — is free to view. Premium gates chart export, not chart viewing.
Start with the two accounts you actually check.
Free, no account, no bank login. Ten minutes from now you'll know where your money went.
